By accessing or using Sumcall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Sumcall provides call transcription, summarization, and integration services. We use AI to process your audio recordings and generate summaries that can be synced to your connected tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Upload content that violates any law or third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of your content (call recordings, transcripts, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content as necessary to provide the service.
6. Payment Terms
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sumcall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms or for any other reason with notice.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
